We are passionate about our ingredients. For the first few months after arriving in Cape Town we traveled around trying to find the best product to keep it as organic and natural as possible.
We source our eggs from our local farmer Liam from Eggcelent Eggs in Gordons Bay. Liam is as passionate about his eggs and hens as we are about our baking. All his hens are free range and organic and well looked after.

Our flour is from Gideon Milling – passion for farming, They mill their grain gently between two grinding stones to ensue the characteristic of the flour is maintained by the low heat released through the milling process.
The nuts that we use are raw and natural.
